范文
Last Friday morning, our school held a sports meeting on the sports ground. I took part in the 400-meter race with my classmate, Lin Wei. Halfway through, he suddenly fell and hurt his knee. Without thinking, I stopped running and went back to help him up. Together, we walked slowly to the finish line.
Everyone cheered for us. Though we didn’t win, I felt really proud that we didn’t give up. Helping a friend felt more important than winning a race.
上周五早上，我们学校在操场上举行了运动会。我和我的同学林伟一起参加了400米赛跑。跑到一半时，他突然摔倒，膝盖受伤了。我想都没想就停下来，转身扶他起来。我们一起慢慢地走到了终点。
大家都在为我们欢呼。虽然我们没有获胜，但我为我们没有放弃而感到非常自豪。帮助朋友比赢得比赛更重要。
